Tips for the Perfect Cheesy Omelette

    Use a Nonstick Pan

A nonstick pan can help prevent the eggs from sticking. Keep the heat at medium-low when cooking the omelette.

    Do Not Overcook

Remove the omelette from the heat once the cheese has melted and the eggs are cooked. Overcooking can make the eggs dry.

    Choose a Melty Cheese

Cheddar and mozzarella are good choices because they melt easily and add more flavor to the omelette.

    Do Not Overfill

Keep the amount of vegetables and cheese manageable. Too much filling can make the omelette difficult to fold.
